I think I have a knot on my head

I was sitting in my car the other day waiting for the stoplight to change. Out of nowhere something hard came through my sunroof and hit me on the head. At first I thought someone from another vehicle had thrown something at me. I looked up and I was under a tree. It must have been an acrorn or something trees produce. Then I was just embarassed and wondered if anyone saw what happened.
