A Little Hoedown

It's starting to get depressing blogging because it reminds me that most of my life is work. It didn't used to be that way but I guess that's why I'm here. Too much fun screws everything up. Tonight I will be working on homework and probably tomorrow as well.
I have to say that Hoedowns was a lot different than I thought it was going to be. It was shoulder to shoulder people. Big scruffy guys doing the two step and bartenders in tight T-shirts. I watched a gay couple dance that should be on the show "Dancing with the Stars." They were spinning around the dance floor like they had been doing it for years (maybe they had been). I heard a guy dropping some cheap lines on another guy when I was trying to get through the crowd. It was the same lines I myself had heard before. It was not like any gay bar I had been to before. We left earlier than planned and doubt anyone of us will go back.
